According to the article 16 of the French law of January 6th, 1978 relative to the computing, to the files and to the liberties, the website www.mod-art.org was declared to the National Computing Commission and Liberties on June 25th, 2004 (receipt N °1221099).

The personal coordinates passed on to Mod' Art International by e-mail via the form of contact and the form of deposit of announcement are preserved during the time necessary for the institution of a contact. The interested can ask to Mod' Art International, the modification or the retreat of their coordinates by email.
